I bought a vw passat estate online and it was delivered by transporter last week. I was quite sceptical about buying without seeing the vehicle, first time I've done this!
The communication from Jon was good and I have found him to be genuine and honest. I am delighted with the car, it is the high spec I wanted, having owned 2 previous more basic Passats in the past.
Today I have been to my main dealer for a thorough health check and very happy everything is in order.
Zak the delivery guy was spot on too, although he had got slightly lost in Northumberland, poor soul.

Absolutely amazing car buying experience we have bet had, and great cars. My dad showed me on Auto trader a Nissan which was perfectly priced, in good condition and mileage was spot on. We drive up to Formby and headed in to the showroom. Soon as we walked in the smell of cleaning caught our attention and also the shine from the cars in there. We looked at the car we were interested in and spoke to the guy there ( I’m sorry I’m really bad with names. Think it was Steven. Sorry if it’s not) He was so lovely. Within 10 mins of being there I took it for a test drive. We got back and said we would have it. So we went to the office and it was a very easy transaction and really didn’t take long at all. Compared to most cars company’s. The staff member said he used to do detailing as a job and that how he started off and they don’t rip customers off. This was the best car buying experience me and my dad have ever had ever. We would 1000% recommend this company to buy a car from. Thank you so much. Bought a lovely Ford kuga from formby car center today bodywork was spot on and drove like it was brand new. Was a fantastic spec at a really reasonabe price. Jon was very polite and welcoming and didn't pressure us at all.You could tell that they take great pride in the cars they send out of there lovely clean showroom. I went there on the strength of other reviews and was not disappointed.I would definatly recommend and use again formby car center.
